DID I GET THE TRIBAL JUDICIAL BRANCHES ATTENTION YET? I BELIEVE SO.

 I will always protect my sources and never under any circumstances disclose the names of my sources.  In  past two days I have been talking to some Tribal Police Officers.  It's always good to have first hand information so you can't be called a liar.  In this repeated discussion with the Tribal Police Officers it seems I have pinched a nerve within the whole Tribal Judicial Branch.  I hear my articles have been printed out and been shared within the Tribal Judicial Branch.  In this Article, I want to give you an example of how public corruption comes full circle.  Before I begin I want remind the Tribal Judicial Branch, I own my mistakes and can publicly admit them too.  Can you own yours and admit yours?

I will use titles in this article, because it's all factual and the truth because, I witnessed and heard the details from main decision makers at the in the Pierre US Attorney's Office.  The true story goes, an immediate family member of a former Tribal Council Representative and now Chief Administrator was at a house party.  Two females got into a physical fight and several people at the house party recorded this physical fight on various cell phones.

The immediate family member of then Council Representative, not Chief Administrator grabbed one of the females by the hair, pulled her by her hair into a bathroom, and started to strangle her.  The victim pursued every avenue to press charges against the then Tribal Council Representatives, not Chief Administrators immediate family member.  This fell on deaf ears and you ask why.  The former Supervisory Special Agent, and I believe current Supervisory Special Agent conspired to cover up the strangulation.

A meeting was held behind closed doors with the former Tribal Council Representative, now Chief Administrator, the Supervisory Special Agent, and former Tribal President in the Tribal Presidents Office. A phone call was made to the US Attorney's Office in Pierre, SD.  The former Tribal Council Representative, now Chief Administrator and former Tribal President directed the Supervisory Special Agent to make sure the strangulation assault did not get referred to the FBI or US Attorney's Office.  The corrupt Supervisory Special Agent sold what little integrity he had left that day.

Tribal charges were filed and a warrant was issued for the immediate family member of the former Council Representative, not Chief Administrator.  Well the Corrupt Supervisory Special Agent notified the former Council Representative, now Chief Administrator of the arrest warrant issued.  The family came to me as I was a Tribal Council Representative at the time for help to get justice.  I scheduled a meeting with the victim and family members on the phone with the Acting Federal US Attorney of South Dakota.

In this face to face meeting a call was made to the corrupt Supervisory Special Agent because the US Attorney's Office has not heard of the case.  On the phone call, the Corrupt Supervisory Special Agent assured the US Attorney, "SIMPLE ASSAULT", what he referred to the case, was being handled at the Tribal level and was not need to refer the case.  The US Attorney said, "I will follow up on the details and call the victim and sounds like some TRIBAL POLITICS are at play here."

Well the immediate family member with a warrant was allowed to transfer jobs out of jurisdiction of the Tribe to avoid the arrest warrant.  It is public information, and due to a Corrupt Supervisory Special Agent and Former Council Representative, now Chief Administrator worked a deal for the immediate family member to plead to Disorderly Conduct in Tribal Court.  No referral was made by the Corrupt Special Agent to the US Attorney's Office.

So about 10 years ago this occurred and public corruption was aggressively pursued by public officials to exercise selective enforcement.  Now the Chief Administrator is corrupt and supervises the same corrupt Supervisory Special Agent.  I mind you, if you compare the dates back then, the Corrupt Supervisory Special Agent signed off of two Strangulation cases to be referred to the FBI and US Attorney's Office.  These two strangulation cases occurred a day before and a day after the Chief Administrator's immediate family members strangulation.  The two Strangulation cased were federal indicted and prosecuted with prison time.  Now own the Public Corruption and own yours, and disclose this corrupt deed to the background investigations office gentleman.  For the sake of integrity it's the right thing to do.

The two Police Officers told me some meetings have been held behind closed doors about my recent articles.  The two Police Officers told me the Chief Prosecutor is very upset and had discussion with Law Enforcement of how to handle me was being discussed.  I want to remind law enforcement certified and law trained individuals, your emotions, hurt feelings, arrogance, and being upset with me isn't an exception the the law.

Show the Tribal or Federal Statute that states, Freedom of Speech and expression is a crime.  Is Freedom of Press a crime too?  All the articles I have wrote raise valid Civil Rights and Federal Contractual violations amounting to Civil Rights Violations.  I'm not afraid of our Tribal Judicial System and never will be.  Tribal Members should not be afraid either, it's time we start challenging the blatant Civil Rights Violations committed by the Tribal Judicial Officials.  

I'm not afraid of you, arrest me for Freedom of Speech, Expression, and Press, come up with some made up charges in hope to silence me, I will never be stop until us Tribal Members get the attention of ACLU, National Media, and the BIA admitting they blatantly failed it's Trust Responsibility to us Tribal members.  The sad thing is, the Tribal Attorney General should be stepping up to front line to resolve these issues with us Tribal members. The Tribal Attorney General should be protecting out Civil Rights.  However, the Tribal Attorney General is facing forth and long on his own one yard line on these matters and running scared.  I publicly called for your resignation.  

I'm calling on the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Attorney General to have a recorded meeting with five of us Tribal members within 10 days, not 10 business days either.  As an attorney General its your job to protect us Tribal Members not condone the Civil Rights Violations.  You have 10 days to schedule a meeting with me and four other Tribal Members.  Failure to meet with Rosebud Sioux Tribal Members before 10 days, I will send a certified copy of my complaint the Department of Justice Civil Rights Devision for Conspiracy to Commit Civil Rights Violations.

I remind you this out of the hands of the Tribal Government because they know things like this are happening to Tribal Members and DO NOTHING.  Tribal Government officials don't like issues like this because, they have to do their jobs and maybe rock the boat and lose some votes.  We can't have that now can we, them votes are way more important than Tribal Members Civil Rights.

If the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Attorney General fails to meet before 10 days, a petition will be circulated reservation wide for the Tribal Attorney General be immediately terminated.  Remember the names on the petition will be some REGISTERED VOTERS.  We allow an individual with absolutely no Law Enforcement Experience run amuck and turn Tribal Law Enforcement into a clown show with the assistance of a Corrupt Supervisory Special Agent.  I'm going to continue to write about these Civil Rights Violations and my articles will be emailed to CNN, MSNBC, Indians.com, ACLU, Native Civil Rights Groups until the Civil Rights and Public Corruption against Tribal members stops.
